2. Description of Service & Entertainment Disclaimer

Dalia provides digital astrological analyses, natal chart interpretations, compatibility reports, and AI-assisted interpretive soulmate portraits generated from the birth details and quiz responses you submit.

Personalized entertainment. Inspired by your answers — not a prediction of real-world events, meeting times, or anyone's actual appearance.

The Service does not constitute professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a trial, report, or membership.

3. Trial Terms, Automatic Renewal & Pricing Schedule

When you enroll in a promotional trial on meetdalia.com (including our $1.00 Starter Trial, $5.00 Complete Trial, $9.95 Premium Trial, or $13.67 Standard 7-Day Trial), you receive immediate digital access to your selected reading package plus 7 days of full membership access.

Automatic Renewal: After the 7-day trial, you'll be charged $49.99, then $49.99 every month until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Select promotional funnels renew at $29.95/month when disclosed on the checkout screen prior to purchase. Charges appear on your cardholder statement as DALIA meetdalia.com. You may cancel your trial or recurring membership at any time, 24 hours a day, with a single click and without speaking to an agent:

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All software, visual designs, astrological copy, and generated portraits provided through Dalia are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download, save, and share your personal soulmate portrait and reading, but you may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying platform.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printing Machines LLC provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind, and its total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
