1. Instant 1-Click Cancellation Policy

7-day trial, then $49.99 every month until you cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time with a single tap in your Manage Subscription (1-Click Cancel) portal, through our Help & Billing Center, or in your Account settings.

If you cancel before the 7-day trial concludes, your card will not be charged the recurring monthly fee of $49.99 (or $29.95 on applicable promotional plans). Once cancelled, your membership simply expires at the end of the active billing period with zero future charges.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our readings. If you are not satisfied with your experience for any reason, or if you forgot to cancel before your trial renewed, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge:

• Online Refund & Card Lookup Form: Submit a refund request directly on our Billing Help & Refund Page using either your checkout email address or the last 4 digits of your card.
• Email Support: Email support@meetdalia.com with your email address or the last 4 digits of the card billed.

We issue refunds to your original payment method within 24 hours of request — no questions asked. Funds typically appear on your bank statement within 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer (compared to 60–90 days for a bank dispute).

3. Unrecognized Charges & Statement Descriptor

All charges from Dalia appear on your statement as DALIA meetdalia.com. If you see a charge you do not recognize, visit meetdalia.com/help?source=portal to match the charge against our Products & Pricing Schedule, stop any future billing in one click, and request an immediate refund.
