Privacy Policy

2. Information We Collect

• Quiz & Birth Chart Data: Date of birth, zodiac sign, relationship preferences, and answers you voluntarily select during the quiz so we can generate your reading and soulmate portrait.
• Account & Delivery Contact: Your email address (and optional SMS phone number if you opt in to delivery notifications) so we can deliver your reading and restore your session across devices.
• Optional Camera / Photo Input: Certain quiz flows offer an optional camera or photo palm / aura alignment step. Camera frames are processed locally in your browser to drive visual scan animations and are never stored on our servers or used for biometric identification.

3. PCI-DSS Payment Security

Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including Stripe and NMI). We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers or CVV security codes. Billing tokens are stored exclusively by our payment processor to fulfill your trial, recurring membership, or refund requests.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Attribution

Quiz answers live locally in your browser session (localStorage) until you submit your email or unlock a reading. We use first-party analytics (such as PostHog) and advertising conversion pixels (such as Meta and TikTok) to measure funnel performance and ad attribution. We never sell or share your private quiz answers or reading contents with third-party data brokers.

5. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA / GDPR) & Data Deletion

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to request a copy of your session data, opt out of marketing emails at any time, or request permanent deletion of your account and quiz history.

To exercise these rights or request deletion of your session data, contact us anytime at support@meetdalia.com or visit our Help & Billing Center.
