What you signed up for
Dalia is a personalised astrology service. You answer a short quiz, and we generate a soulmate portrait and a written reading from your answers and your birth chart. After the 7-day trial, you'll be charged $49.99, then $49.99 every month until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Dalia is an AI, not a psychic — we say so on the first screen, and the readings are for entertainment.
Common questions
How do I cancel?
Tap Cancel membership above to open our 1-Click Cancel Portal. It takes one tap, no email and no phone call. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
I cancelled but I was charged again
That shouldn’t happen. Submit the refund form above (or email us) and we’ll refund it immediately — we don’t argue about this one. You can look up the charge by email or by the last 4 digits of your card.
Where is my reading?
It’s in your account under Your reading or Today. You can also expand Access your soulmate reading & portrait above and enter your email to open it immediately on this device.
I can't log in or used a different device
Expand Access your soulmate reading & portrait above and enter the email address you used at checkout — we’ll restore your session on this browser right away.
Is my payment information safe?
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processor, and the connection is encrypted end to end.
